Q. The hotel has a Revenue / Commercial Team already, so why work with Revenue Guru?
A. We can work with the on hotel team to bring new ideas and thinking and more resource to this key area of the business to drive revenues. We work in a consultative way with all staff.
Q. How are meetings conducted?
A. We utilise Zoom Conferencing software so we can share our screen and also utilise video to build a face to face relationship.
Q. Do you visit the hotel?
A. We can visit the hotel if this is required as part of the service and will be discussed on an individual basis.
